    An html form drop down menu , make accept mouseover/mouseout or onfocus/onblur event handlers ? what is incorrect from below ?

    Tested SELECT element onMouseOver and onMouseOut. They do working IE7, Firefox, Safari, Netscape. However, this may be in quirks mode and old IE (<IE7) may not work.

    can you give me some code ? is it possile by any way to appear the TOOLTIP (other effects work, tooltip no) when mouseover an html form drop down menu ?
