keeping rollovers in onstate with AnyLink Drop Down Menu

With this navigation, if you rollover THE FIRM, it highlights in orange. Once you move away from THE FIRM and onto the links within THE FIRM (PROFILE, HISTORY), THE FIRM doesn't stay highlighted in orange. How do I get THE FIRM to stay highlighted in orange when you rollover PROFILE or HISTORY?

Any ideas? Anyone? I appreciate the help!
