Default Conveyer Belt Slideshow Script & Firefox?

    Conveyor Belt slideshow script

    http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...rightslide.htm

The script is good and it's pretty much what I want. It says it assumes compatibility with firefox, yet it doesn't seem to want to show up at all in Firefox for me. I got someone who's using firefox beta (3) and he couldn't see it either. Only seems to be visible in IE so far. (And I'm using IE 7).

Has anyone managed to get this to work in Firefox? Or is it simply not compatible?

I have. Firefox 2.0.0.14, works fine, didn't have any problems setting it up.

Thanks for your response, Traq. That leads me to conclude it's conflicting with another script on the same page so I'll revise and see how I get on.

Not sure what I did but somehow, it appears that I must have missed pasting some of the script. Perhaps I deleted some of it by accident. Just weird that it was working in one browser and not the other. Thanks again.

yea, that happens sometimes. Also (not that it applies to *this* situation), sometimes I've found that bits of script that need to be in the <head> of your page are in the <body> section of the directions, little stuff like that.

    glad you figured it out.
