Fixed positioning for Image Tool Tip

3) Describe problem: I realize that the code can easily 'turn off' the follow mouse function by setting the variable to 'false'.. however, is there a way to position the tool tip in a fixed location that is not affected on where the mouse cursor rolls over link/image ? Thanks in advance,
