Where to find filter tutorial

Please if someone could tell where can i find filters tutorial on the net.I had found one after hours of googling,but then lost my bookmark.If anyone knows,it 's the only site i had found filters tutorial (giving examples)

By the way, if you're attempting visual filters, I strongly recommend against using them.
