only ie7 problem. continually security warnings prevent quote appear

I do an auto reservation booking system for my client(rent cars company) at:
http://www.paphoscarhire.com/index.php
well when I go to modify quote towards a more pleased webpage(quote) I do a second hp towards the new quote at:
http://www.paphoscarhire.com/index-susuki.php
when I run this page all appears ok just when it go to appear QUOTE Appears security warning windows of ie7 and when press ok to continue reappear, continually without apppearing the quote , what is the problem in the new quote page ?
to see what happening proceed to a sample booking , well ?
Please note that in opera9 I do NOT see this problem, and I proceed successfully towards booking... only ie7 problem.
