disappears the volume(voice/sound) control from task bar

I recently get my pc to mechanic and he clear many virus and change antivirus from Norton to AVG . Well the problem now is that disappears the volume(voice/sound) control from task bar and task bar DO NOT expands, I try control panel but no result , well ?

Try right-clicking the Start button, click on Properties, then unlock the taskbar, and do not hide inactive icons.

After Unlocking the taskbar if the problem remains the same you can reinstall the sound.
