I need to create a menu exactly like this one

I want it to have the nice dotted linebars..I don't know how they do it
& I want it to have a smart folding menu tree just like the one in the site..I saw the one in dynamicdrive, but couldn't get it to work exactly like the one in the pforormica..in other words, couldn't get red off the pullets, align it without indenting, and put a nice dotted dividers (linebars)

can any one help?
