3) Describe problem: After implementing the equalcolumns javascript, I solved the problem of having equal height columns. However, there was a side effect:
In IE7, I notice that my right column bleeds over into my footer. In IE6, I get a bounce effect when trying to scroll down to the very bottom of the page, not allowing me to scroll to the very bottom.
