I need to have an pre-checked option button added to my aweber code and also want opt in form to show up only once after subscriber has filled out name and email. There are several pages on site so after form is filled once, that should also cover the remaining pages. I'm not a coder but would appreciate it if someone could advise. I've tried the scriptlance route but would prefer north america time zone.
