Kurt Grigg's Analog Clock (static)

I have had this clock on my desktop for a few months now and loved it. However, I think I may have gotten some kind of windows update or something and it no longer appears. It may have something to do with activex controls?
As you may be able to tell, I know just enough to get me into more trouble.
I was wondering if you know of any troubleshooting I could do to get it to work again?
