attachments through form in dreamweaver

Hi ive created a photo gallery using the Photo Album script v2.0 on dynamic drive. I have created a form using dreamweaver where I want the user to be able to attach a file which sends to my email. I understand that there needs to be some coding in order to do this. Can anyone help? I am a relativelty new coder thanks

Yes thats right have created the a standard form in dreamweaver but have been told extra code is required in order to attach the attachments to send to my email.
