online booking applications?

Hi there,

I’m after a bit of advice, but don't know who to ask!

My client who runs a mobile bar company is wanting a simple online booking application created. Simply put they want to stop writing everything down and have it stored on the website.

All that is needed is that they can enter basic details such as the Event, Contact, Address, Date, Guests, Requirements ...you get the idea. And be able to view it in calendar form, search it, and print off the different events if needed (in a formatted way).

Soo my question is....are there any packages around that do this (cheaply)? Since all I have found are big expensive event management solutions which would be overkill for this.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
