move content container according to page scrolling

I want to know how content container like div,table or iframe moves according while we scroll the page or when page size is increase our container moves according to the page size.Thanks waiting for your reply.

Alright, I don't know what you mean my it moves according. So I'll take a guess, you want it to(as in the iframe, table, div) to move as we scroll. I think this should answer you:
