script: Pausing up-down message scroller

Hi, i have a problem with this script on Firefow Windows. The page is working well on IE and Safari. The problem is most relevant to CSS but i've no idea how i can fix it.
The <div> "listeThemeLiens1_H_liste" is set to have his property "overflow" to "auto", which seems to make the div flashing while the message scroll.
