On Mouse over Hover title

Hi i need a simple image hover. All i need it to do is hover the title over the image in a 30% alpha black box.

I am looking at the star rating system where they move there mouse over and see vote 1 to 5 vote 2 to 5 and so on, however I just want a simple image hover

I think what you are looking for is a tooltip. Have you looked through the DD library to see if one of those suits your needs?
