Free PHP User Manageement Script

Would anyone know a FREE PHP user script that does the following:

Registering
Logging in
Logging out
Profile Page
Edit Information

and I did edit the mySQL files for that one correctly and I still get an error:

Localhost? Shouldn't it be sodadome.com ?

no, it shouldn't. Unless you register you sql server as FQDN. Do you have access when logging in as root? And did you make an user jsfdan_regdan on your sql server with the appropiate permissions?
