There are at least several ways (including the one mentioned by codeexploiter), weather.com (the official site of The Weather Channel) offers a free site based service, but you must register for it, so I haven't checked it out. This site:

Is fairly good too.

If you want total control over the formatting of and selection of the data and you have PHP with curl or other methods, you can retrieve the data from Yahoo or other sites.

There are also RSS weather feeds, these could probably be parsed.
