Comments Box Code

I'm looking for a code or script or something so that someone can post their comment kinda of like the one on in dynamic drive where you can get code for menus ect... Except for the new comments posting first. Thanks very much and God Bless You.

Just google for any time of guestbook script. That's essentially what you're looking for.

You'll want to make sure that your server can run PHP (or like scripts) and that you have an available database (MySQL or the like).

As a side note, the comments section in the DD style section is powered by ExpressionEngine -- a very powerful and flexible system.

Thanks, but I forgot to mention something. You see I want to put the comment box on the homepage, and also want to have the text area on the same page. Not so much a guest book.

A guestbook need not be necessarily a separate page. Though that is the general paradigm, a little creativity will give you exactly what you want.

Also, do a search on the forums. Theres been lost of requests/discussions on this kind of script.

A comment box the will publish all the comments automatically once they click submit/post.
