Calling PHP gurus

PHP is not one of my strong point and I'm having a puzzling problem.

I've just installed a software index script to my site. The site itself is up and running OK; when you register and get a activation link sent to your email it sends you to a 404 error page.

Can anyone who think they have enough knowledge to help me please get in contact with me.

Any help will be much appreciated!

Please provide a link to the registration page and provide a copy of the activation link.

Here i a link to the signup page. I've tried it twice now and It will not work, it's driving me crazy-

I've checked and the signup1.php file is there so am totally stuck.

I can't find signup1.php, so you may want to talk to your host or see if it is renamed something else.
