What exactly do you want to replicate in that?

Adding content to flash that's passed in via the URL?

yes I would like to make a news website and i would like to have something like.
where boxTitle={Top Story} or boxTitle={Technology}

Are you sure that Flash is the way to go? If it's a full fledged news website, you might want to think about using PHP (which you'll have to do with Flash anyway).

If you still want to use Flash, look into the sendAndLoad method. You'll have to parse the url segments with PHP and then send variables back to Flash.

You could also do it with PHP and Flashvars.
