Importing FLash Files in HTML documents

Need Help!

I created a flash 728x90 banner. Flash automatically outputs a SWF and Html file that includes the banner. I have an existing html file where the banner should be embedded. How do I embed the flash banner into my html file? Do I just copy the flash html output and copy the codes into my <div></div> where the banner should go?

Also, how do I code the flash banner to the exact location I want it to go. In this case, I want it to be aligned in the middle of the web page.

Can anyone help?
