3) Describe problem: Can this be used to imbed a video instead of an image? I'd like to have thumbnails of youtube videos which when clicked on brings up the video in the lightbox rather than an image. Thanks!

I don't think lightbox has that kind of support. At the very least you'll run into a lot of problems regarding z-indexing and Flash, etc.

For this purpose, I recommend Videobox. As it sounds, it's just like Lightbox but targeted towards embedding Youtube, etc...
