Rotator

I need a rotator type script that can do the following if it is possible:

• I it well have to switch between 2 items.

• The first object well be a picture and it well stay on until 5:00 eastern time , then the second item well be a embedded html code so it well come on at 5:01 and go until 6:00 eastern time, then the first picture will come back in.

**If this is possible please help me out **
