3) Describe problem: In the Internet Explorer 8 (beta), the content isn't hidden wheres its supposed to be hidden. When I emulate IE7, its works fine.

I've noticed a similar issue with some of the other recent scripts on DD that deal with visibility. I'll be making the necessary sweep when IE8 gets closer to release for any issues.
