    Default IE 911 pls. [urgent]

ok I am having trouble w/ IE so I am not using it anymore as my default browser but I want to use it again but the only problem is that, those links that are supposedly opened in new window are not openning in new window instead it will replace the current page. Example: this link: http://www.yahoo.com/ when I click this one in this site should open in a new page/window but it does not. It is so very annoying. Could someone help me please. How do I configure the IE to resolve this?

If you have SP2, you might want to make sure that you haven't disabled all pop-ups. In the Tools > Internet Options dialog, find the Settings... button on the Privacy tab. The Filter Level list box at the bottom should be set to Medium in most cases.

You might also want to check if you have any plug-ins for IE that disable pop-ups.
