Need help with a Faulty Table

1. Link buttons
2. Pug Images
3. Puggle Images

What i want is for the Pug table to be closer to the Links and the Puggle Table to be to the right of the Pugs about a half inch.

Ive been told i should use Css but i barley know HTML so if you guys could please help me fix this i would be great ful
