Pausing up-down Scroller

I'm using the "Pausing up-down Scroller", located here:

Is there anyway to implement a title per item into this script, as found here: http://www.scriptocean.com/dticker.html

At a glance the "title" portion of each item is probably just part of the item itself, formatted to look different. In that sense you could try using DHTML ticker script and formatting each item to look similar.

I'd like to implement this somehow but I'm not quite sure how, can someone whip up a working example for me or know of another script that I can use to achieve the same effect?
