Page doesnt show some parts of design

I urgently need your help for I designed a page and the first part is not showing though everything was there it before I uploaded it. I have uploaded the html, css and the gif file. What I wanted to know before how do I put some images (playing cards) in a divs that they I can see them. There must be something wrong which my coding and I have been banging my head for half a day. Please help me before I go mad. And the second problem is that I dont see the first part of the design now though it I swear I can see it on my screen (offline)

What I wanted to know before how do I put some images (playing cards) in a divs that they I can see them.

If you'll call those images the correct way. In CSS, keep it at most one quotes only when you call images on your background

Thanks a lot I validated it and changed the link to
http://www.eyes4u.ch/liestaler.html and also inserted a doctype now it shows in Firefox before it only showed in IE

But the way how do I insert about 12 different divs 3 in a row and 4 in column instead of the dummy text?
