Help on Modeless Window

Hi All, I want to create a modeless window with my own style of window.I want to create a window like pop up window which is customizable for title bar but, it shud behave like modeless window. I wud appreciate paths to my question and links also. I tried by making a dhtmlwindow.opne() but, the pop-up is a part of the parent browser. I want it to be a separate window with customize title bar having image and no close, minimize button.
