hello i am trying to create my 1st form that is cpable of using credit card to purchase things and also beable to validate the card. what is the easyiest way to go about this?

You would probably be better off using a third party, like PayPal, to manage credit card details for you, not least because there are security concerns that neither you, nor your host, will probably be able to solve.

How you use a third party service will clearly depend on what service you use. I've taken a quick look at the PayPal Merchant section (I started at "Accept credit and debit cards on your website."), and they appear to provide comprehensive help regarding the use of their service. If you do need general authoring help though, you can always come back here.
