< iframe > ticker not working in IE???

3) Describe problem: I use "EditPlus" as my text editor, and the code worked fine while I was viewing it locally via EditPlus... However, once I uploaded everything to the server and viewed the page in IE, the first string shows, but it doesn't rotate through the content I've entered. Any suggestions?

Does anyone have a clue as to why this code won't work on my site but it will work locally on my pc?
