I have this installed on my site however I am using a CSS menu that is a popout menu and it doesn't display on top of it [See Attachment]. The text that scrolls shows above the menu? Any ways to fix it?

Sounds like a z-index CSS issue. Have you tried giving the CSS menu a higher z-index value than the scroller's? A link to the problem page would help.
