Auto Refresh/Reload

I am looking for a script that will automatically refresh when a user enters the page, so that the page that they will be viewing will be the one that is current.

I think the OP may be looking to ensure 'freshness' - making sure users are getting the most recent copy of a document, rather than something that may already be present in their cache. If that's the case, a meta refresh isn't appropriate, and the OP might benefit from looking at the mnot caching tutorial.

That article should also mention that the meta refresh feature can be disabled in most user agents so it should not be the sole means of redirecting users. Moreover, true server-side redirecting should always be used if it's available.
