I think the OP may be looking to ensure 'freshness' - making sure users are getting the most recent copy of a document, rather than something that may already be present in their cache. If that's the case, a meta refresh isn't appropriate, and the OP might benefit from looking at the mnot caching tutorial.Originally Posted by cr3ative
