Invalid Argument Error

I have to make this database form for one of my computer classes and I have a javascrip calendar that when you click on it, it shows the month and time to pick from. Everything works fine in firefox but I can't get the calendars to work in IE7. I tried lowering security settings and disabling the pop-up blocker but it still won't work, just gives the following error.
