Rotating Banner Script Issues

Hello all, I have a little problem with my rotating banner script. I want to have the noscript tags allow for url direction and target="blank" alt="" ect. Here is what I have written:
<script src="myad.js" type="text/javascript"></script><noscript><a href="www.theoutdoorstores.com" target="blank" alt="Fishing, Hunting, Camping gifts and much more..."></a><img src="http://www.bottlecaplure.com/images/spbanners/outdoorstores.gif"></noscript>
The images shows alright, but no link or alt text. Any ideas?

I figured it out. I had two type O's in the code. Sorry for the premature post.
