Modifying gAjax RSS Ticker script

3) Describe problem:

I want to modify this javascript news ticker script to include a line of my own in it (like "Welcome my site"). I want to display this line at the start before it starts scrolling thru the news and after every 5 news items.

If that is not possible atleast show my line before it starts scrolling thru the news.

How can I do that?
