Website Log Analyzer - Anyone got a favorite?

Been taken to task to find a good log analyzer for a current website in regards to search queries sending to us. Google is relatively obtuse with some information regarding this so I ask all the experts out there if there is a good program which can give me the hard data I need...Ideas?

In other words...Help...I can't figure out how people are coming on to me.
