No Color for "Blm Multi-level Effect menu"
1) Script Title: Blm Multi-level Effect menu
2) Script URL (on DD): http://dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/blmmenu/index.htm
3) Describe problem: The configuration for a "bluewhite" menu yields an apparently "blackwhite" one (i.e. the color-related CSS has no effect), even in the tutorial on the author's site. I have tried to figure out why but don't have the slightest idea; it looks like it should work.
I tested it in Firefox and Opera.
Example: See http://www.webtech101.com/index.php?page=effect-menu and scroll (or Ctrl+F) to the "bluewhite" heading. (I was listing the essentials as given at the first link above, but they sent me 3535 characters over the limit and it's not much use to post them only partially.)

The example uses #000033 for blue, and that's pretty near black. If you change the color to something else, say #123456 you can see that the color change does work in the script. BTW, there is another color example built in to the css.css, and that is 'webtech' so try that instead of 'bluewhite'

Pretty much right Strangeplant, a more obvious color substitution for the bluewhite css would be:
#0000aa
for
#000033
But, it's just a matter of taste. In any case, this is not a bug, just a configuration issue.
Jesdisciple,
Using a plain text editor, do a global search and replace on the css.css file changing #000033 to #0000aa, or to #123456, or to whatever shade of blue you like best.

Ah, woops and sorry. At least this is a good thing to be wrong about.
BTW, I don't see a third color example...?
Thanks!
