If you give me a specific text to write, I could kinda shift the effect to your text..

Are you wanting to know how to create an image similar to this in PhotoShop? If so, do a Google search on Gel Text or Glass Text Tutorials. Plenty can be found at pixel2life.com and good-tutorials.com.
