Using LightBox 2.0 with Ajax Pagination Script

3) Describe problem:
I've been using Ajax Pagination Script and it works great. I've also been using LightBox 2.0 but not sure how to make it work with Ajax Pagination. LightBox only works with the default page [ex. Load Flowers Data Set (default)] once I click a different page [ex. Load Animals Data Set] it doesn't work. I'm guessing the JS needs to be reloaded somehow everytime you switch a page? Refreshing the page just takes you back to the default page then LightBox works again. I'm hoping someone can help me out.
