Help get Server-Side Year

I nee to get the server year using Javascript.

Not with javascript alone. You would need a server side language such as PHP, ASP, SSI, etc.

Can't use, neither PHP or ASP...
I did try it with ssi

This works if i insert the code directly inside the HTML.
The thing is... i need all that code, to be inside a ssi.

Is is possible?
