how do i put a link in the middle of all this?

3) Describe problem: No problem, per say, but I have created a page for my site with step by step directions to adjust your monitor's resolution and I want to link to this page with the words "change the resolution" within this script. Can you help?

(This is a family website visited by g-ma types who don't know these things!)

the page I wish to link to is titled "adjust_res.html"

I managed to make this script fit my needs in every way except this. I just have no idea how to do this.
