3) Describe problem: I'm not sure how to use this thing. I downloaded the zip file into my directory, but when I open it WinRar opens up and a message comes up saying it's not free and I have to buy it after 40 days or erase it from my computer. So I'm kind of lost on how to get this script on to my page.

Hmmm I think what you're seeing is WinRar's reminder message to upgrade the software, and not Chrome Menu itself? The later is 100% free, and any zip program will unzip its contents.
