Photo popup with CSS

I am using the css code for the image popup, for some reason the large image is making a white bar on the bottom (not when its viewed) you can see what im talking about here http://b4designs.net/Customers/scottys/contact.php

even in dreamweaver you can see where the hidden large image is sitting there and making the table go down, how can i fix that?

in Fx 1.5 when you mouse over the map, the popup displays on the top of the whole middle column so you cannot see it, and I am not noticing any extra whitespace sorry

at very bottom the white bar? under the red nav menu edge of screen? like an inch thick?
