Accordian Menu Persistence problem

Menu works fine, but when I click back to a page the menu does not change state. The menu only changes state if you click on a menu link. Here is my test menu.

It seems to be working fine in FF2 and IE7 on Windows XP. I haven't tried IE6 or any other browser. What did you test in and; also, are you experiencing this problem on the demo page?

I was testing in FF on Mac OSX

I tried this in Safari and FF on Mac.

If I go to a page in the Veggies menu then use the back browser button to return to a Fruit menu page, the menu does not change at all.
