3) Describe problem: Okay, so I have the menu perfectly how I want it, but now I want to know if it is possible to make it so that this menu is controlled by an external file, so that when it needs to be updated I only have to change it in one place, rather than in every single web page on the site (it will be updated pretty frequently). Our server is in-house and I don't think it has all of the fancy stuff required to do php and the like. Is it possible to do this with css or js? I really don't want to have to resort to frames. Thanks!
