3) Describe problem:

I have set up a contact form so that the user must choose either email or telephone as their choice of contact method. Based on which radio button is selected a text box is shown for either their address or number. I want the field that contains a submitted value to be required, while NOT requiring the empty field. Does anyone have any ideas?
