Unable to get eyes script to work

I can't seem to get eye script to work. I have gotten it to where I get the eyes and the pupils both on the page just not together like they should be, and not following the mouse. I don't know what i have done wrong. Please help me...

Does the demo page work for you? If so, I'd need a link to your page to diagnose it.
