HELP, OUTLOOK BAR II (menu)

I recently downloaded the outlook bar II menu. Im having problems with it, if you create a page with only the menu on it, the menu seems to control the size of the page.
The menu is fairly small, but there is still a scoll bar on the browser and there is nothing below the menu to scroll down too.

For example if you go to the first item in folder 1 (try this link), the web browser adds a scroll bar to the right of the web page. If you then go to folder 4 on the menu and scroll down to the last item within folder 4(photo editor) the scoll bar in the browser disappears. Does anyone know how to prevent this happening and permently remove the white space below the menu.
